What Can You Expect From Our Work Together?

In our first session, we’ll focus on building a safe, trusting, and collaborative relationship. I take the time to understand your unique story your experiences, challenges, and hopes for therapy. Together, we’ll develop a clear plan that reflects your goals, preferred pace, and needs. We'll check in periodically to ensure we’re moving in the direction that feels right for you.


My goal is to empower you to live as your most authentic self while supporting your healing, growth, and pursuit of a meaningful life.

My Approach

I use a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approach tailored to each individual. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods to meet you where you are.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and stress.
